Payment Terms
1. Each registration is for one doubles team of two players.
2. Full payment for both players is required; partial payments are not accepted.
3. Registration is confirmed only after complete payment is verified.
4. Both players must provide the required registration details.
5. Payments must be completed within the applicable registration period.

Here’s the answers.
1. When and where will the tournament take place?
The Powerhouse Pickleball Tournament will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at KingCourts Pickleball, Pampanga. Tournament play starts at 8:00 AM.
2. Who can join the tournament?
Players can register under either the Novice or Intermediate Division, depending on their playing level and the category they wish to enter.
3. What categories are available?
We offer the following categories:
NOVICE DIVISION
- Men's Doubles
- Women's Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
INTERMEDIATE DIVISION
- Men's Doubles
- Mixed Doubles
4. Can I join more than one category?
Our proposed tournament mechanics allow one category per player to maintain the tournament schedule and provide sufficient rest periods. Multiple category entries are subject to final organizer approval.
5. When does registration open?
Registration opens on November 4, 2026.
6. How much is the registration fee?
EARLY BIRD (November 2–13, 2026)
- ₱1,500 per player
- ₱3,000 per team
REGULAR RATE (November 14–30, 2026)
- ₱1,700 per player
- ₱3,400 per team
7. Is the registration fee per player or per team?
The registration fee is charged per player. However, since this is a doubles tournament, each registration covers two players. The full payment for both players must be submitted together. Partial payments for one player will not be accepted.
8. Can only one player register for the team?
One team representative may complete the registration form on behalf of the pair. However, the registration must include the required information for both players, including their partner's details.
9. When is our registration officially confirmed?
Your team's registration will be considered confirmed once the complete payment for both players has been received and verified by the organizers.
10. What is included in the registration fee?
Each registered player receives:
- Tournament entry and match participation
- Lunch on tournament day
- Official Powerhouse Pickleball Tournament T-shirt
11. When does registration close?
The last day of registration is November 30, 2026. Registration closes on December 1, 2026. No registrations or payments will be accepted after November 30.
12. How many games will each team play?
Each team is scheduled to play at least four pool games. Teams that advance to the knockout rounds will play additional matches depending on their performance.
13. How does the tournament format work?
Both divisions will begin with pool play.
- Novice: Four pools of five teams. The top two teams from each pool advance to the quarterfinals.
- Intermediate: Two pools of five teams. The top two teams from each pool advance directly to the semifinals.
14. What time should we arrive on tournament day?
Players are advised to arrive early. The proposed schedule is:
- 7:15 AM – Player check-in
- 7:40 AM – Player briefing
- 8:00 AM – First matches
15. What should we bring on tournament day?
Players should bring their pickleball paddles, appropriate court shoes, drinking water, and other personal essentials. The official tournament ball will be provided or designated by the organizers.
16. What happens if we need to withdraw from the tournament?
Please inform the organizers or Match Control immediately if your team cannot participate or continue playing. Withdrawal procedures will follow the official tournament mechanics.
